**What You’ll Do:**

- Develop comprehensive, strategic marketing plans aligning with company goals and target audiences.

- Collaborate with the team to implement campaigns that grow the community base and increase user engagement.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.

- Take ownership of external facing user communities such as Discord, Reddit, etc.

- Set direction, goals, and metrics to measure and improve community success.

- Work collaboratively to understand and implement customer feedback.

**Required Skills:**

- Passion for building and fostering relationships.

- Familiarity with blockchain technology and/or decentralized finance.

- Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity.

- Experience with marketing and community engagement platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Reddit.

- Proven experience in marketing, user experience, or hands-on community management roles.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Deep understanding of the Web3 landscapes.

- Skilled in diverse content creation and social media strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to ideate, collaborate, and execute from inception to completion.

- Familiarity with social media planning tools like Notion.

- Creative communication skills with an adaptable writing style.

- Autonomous with exceptional prioritization and analytical skills.

- Comfortable in a remote work environment, adept at driving cross-team results.
