**What You’ll Do:**

- Spearhead the adoption and usage of products through strategic partnerships across various ecosystem.

- Define and execute joint marketing strategies and campaigns with strategic partners.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, and other teams to develop and leverage marketing campaigns.

- Develop KPIs and metrics for campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain regular communication with partners, ensuring alignment and sharing insights across teams.

**Required Skills:**

- Proven experience as a Partner Marketing Manager or similar role.

- Strong background in direct marketing, partnerships, or business development in the tech industry.

- Demonstrated ability to drive successful global marketing campaigns with strategic partners.

- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with an ability to engage effectively across different teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Knowledge and experience in the Web3 space.

- Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized blockchain platforms and services.

- Strategic and ROI-driven mindset, with creativity and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and handle budgets effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders and resolve problems quickly.
