**What You’ll Do:**

- Develop and manage the content program for our event series, including identifying and collaborating with external speakers and the internal team.

- Oversee the end-to-end process of event planning, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality content delivery.

- Partner with various teams to create compelling, educational, and engaging event experiences for attendees and online viewers.

- Handle logistics for live events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality audio/video capture for online distribution.

- Lead the planning and execution of significant events, including large-scale presentations and 'Demo Day' activities.

- Own all production documentation, communication, and timelines, ensuring flawless execution.

**Required Skills:**

- Strong background in tech, preferably with experience in crypto/web3.

- Ability to work independently, with strong project management and collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Passionate about creating impactful programs and events through strong content.

- Experience in partnering with A/V and production teams for event management.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, web3, and blockchain technologies.

- Experience in content creation, event programming, or related areas.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale events, preferably in technology or crypto industries.

- Strong network within the industry and excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to conceptualize unique event experiences, incorporating innovative technologies and engaging content.

- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously, with experience in open-source organizations preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus.
